I’ve had to use both ‘ControlMyWeight’ (formerly known as CalorieKing) and ‘Easy Diet Diary’ (this one is an Aussie app so it’ll have most stuff that we’ll find here in stores) during different medical studies but also when I was first learning my carb to insulin ratios and they’re pretty decent.
