The interview in the 2nd part of this episode is possibly the most profound and insightful things I've ever heard.

However of the 10 (new) episodes so far 3 have been real downers!

For me, it's the idea of someone actively seeking to front every grift and dodgy scheme going. To be fair to him if he's promoting it then you shouldn't touch it with a badge pole! It's the gold standard of shit 😁

Oh my f*king God! Farage is shilling for one of those "you can buy physical gold" ads on Facebook! WTAF! 🤣🤣🤣

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

We have to sustain each other. Making joy isn’t denial, it’s how we will survive

In 1970 the UK and Norway were roughly equal, almost no debt, and owned all their Public Services.

Now the UK owns nothing and has £3tn of debt.
While Norway still owns everything and has the equivilant per person of £10tn.

That's how privatisation 'works'.

With disinformation, Russian interference, rising prices and food security, NOT being in the EU should be deemed a national security risk. We rejoin and be done with Brexit. The right wingers can cry all they like.

Starmer can offer that they leave the country if they don't like it here 😁

Twitter didn't gain relevance by being the biggest platform, it gained relevancy through the quality of the content and individuals. The main goal for everyone here should be to encourage global defender, media, and establishment accounts to transition to #BlueSky. That'll provide legitimacy.

Did you know BlueSky only has 20 employees?

We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to those 20 warriors (who are working 24/7 to keep up with the incredible growth) for giving us a space to share.

We escaped hell to be here.

Thank you, @bsky.app & Jay Graber CEO (not a billionaire)

This, from George Carlin, some 20 years ago:

"They’re not pro-life. You know what they are? They’re anti-woman. Simple as it gets, anti-woman. They don’t like them. They don’t like women. They believe a woman’s primary role is to function as a brood mare for the state."

It's happened here in the UK with Brexit and we are much worse as a nation

His ability to lay blame on others whilst at the same time making a confession continues to astound me!

And construction and manufacturing. I can't wait to see the outcome of the head on collision of the effects of increased tariffs and lack of labour. It'll be a mess, just how big a less is the question!
