A cheap way to get Ripley (the box office draw) back in the driving seat. Like the opening of a Friday the 13th movie. Undermined the third act sacrifice too, if you ask me. Would've been more resonant if Ripley turned down a reunion to save everyone.

According to WGA West, ALIEN co-creator Ron Shusett passed away August 29th, 2024.

In addition to crafting ALIEN with Dan O'Bannon, Ron also laboured for over a decade to bring his passion project Total Recall to our screens.

Thank you, Ron. Godspeed.

For almost half a year I've been working on the design concept and book layout for the Evolved Edition of the ALIEN RPG. Super excited to finally show some spreads, as it's a design I'm very happy with. And not only am I doing layout work, but I've got some spot art in there as well.
