Title: BREATHE IT OUT Your touch sends shivers down my spine. Frozen in time I look into your eyes. Snatched my soul like Ariel and her voice. I didn’t have a choice you siren song put me in a trance. I glance from within with cries of mourning. As apart of me died and I roamed this realm not even knowing. Lost in translation and I kept chasing thinking the road leads to you. I should’ve known that shit was too good to be true. Lord please send me a clue. I’ll do better by you. Just please let this pain subdue before the butler or maid comes for me too. At that point would I not be a shell of myself? Used as decoration of a memory that once was. Put on a shelf and shown like “appreciation” is what that gives; but that’s far from what that is. Please quiz me on how I know this. I can’t keep being ignorant to this bliss. I’ve taken the final exam too many times to know this.

What did I do to deserve this? Am I doing myself a disservice? My palms are sweaty I’m nervous. My stomach’s doing circles like a circus. Damn it’s hard to work through this. I’m trying to be my truest form but it’s hard when you’ve been worn and torn like I have. But I’m glad that I’m still breathing; and living my life with meaning; after all I am a divine being. That I know for certain so it’s curtains for you. And all the Who’s like you who walk around mindlessly mad at a Grinch like me living my dream of my true authentic self. I’ve maxed out. I’m tired. Lemme light a fire to this joint. And just breathe it out.
