Reevo, the landlord of The Idler of Tangier pub, once again has organised a pub crawl (of sorts) called ‘The Christmas Pudding’. This year he even bought a headboard. There is some food available on board, but people are mainly leaving room for the beer, sherry and whiskey. 🎄🍺🥃 #bsmrguk

A murky day at The Idler with a sentinel shunter hauling a China Clay hood wagon.
The railway lines that surround The Idler of Tangier pub once formed a junction, but the southern spur was lifted in the mid-1950s. The primary industry now is the rapidly declining R.G. Steadman and Co. Pottery Works which takes delivery of china clay once a week. #BSMRGUK #TMRGUK
I definitely tried to stay in the TMRGUK lane, but I think adverts were getting to me as well as the encroachment of politics.
What’s the scale of Gauge 3? It’s cool that you can actually real materials though! Plenty of wagons can be made from a tree, right?
