but atp unless 8.0 really does get hit by another ARR meteor I think it'll be my last expac, and that hurts.

so yeah im hoping for a serious upheaval of every ENTRENCHED core gameplay loop/design philosophy but i'm done holding my breath.

doesn't change the fact that the game has stagnated to hell in MANY places, there's been zero risks or experimentation basically since diadem????, class design is abysmal (and in some cases unrecognizable), there's a dearth of midcore content, INHALES

im critical because i used to love the game

before anyone says anything:
yeah, i've been playing other games for months
yeah, i think the story is trending upwards as of 7.3/4
yeah, i'm still subbed because of the dogshit housing system and occasional rp
yeah, i think 7.x's encounter design is some of the strongest they've ever had
