Mad thing to say the day he publicly announces a shoot to kill order in foreign waters.

You’ve addressed nothing because state pensions are classed as welfare/benefits by *government*. Whatever you reckon doesn’t really come into unfortunately.
But Matt that’s devastating for his underlying message about the entitlement of the young.
Bigger platform for Balls too
Do we as a nation possess the cringe-resilience to survive hearing sentences like ‘I was radicalised towards the Far Right by an AI rapper called Danny Bones’?
He could probably avoid a lot of this by not saying really stupid things.
Absolutely disqualifying and he should be asked about this at every media engagement going forward.
Lenders have absolutely saved the buyer’s skin here
“The third [buyers] weren’t able to secure enough capital” presumably because the lender’s survey came back with a significantly lower valuation, and if so it’s likely any future ones will too.
Explaining to my son that Bob the Minion was found guilty of all counts by the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg but he made use of a secreted cyanide capsule hours before he was to face the hangman’s noose.
I cannot believe the political capital spent on behalf of Peter Mandelson
may write about it at some point but god I loooooved working at the Evening Standard in the mid 2010's, it wasn't a perfect paper but we had such a good time, still feels so sad and stupid that London doesn't have its own newspaper anymore, for no obvious reason beside "greed and stupidity"
Mad what’s happened to it. Saw this cover (Mumford & Sons interview…) few weeks ago.
Then looked inside at the local authority investigation, which is interesting…but written by Reform’s Tower Hamlets branch chair, with this mentioned nowhere at all.
Trying to take my mind off that Man City result by reading James and the Giant Peach to my kid and yet
Unreal chicanery by England to stand by while Scotland voted against independence in a referendum.
YOU BROUGHT A HOME NEXT TO TRAFALGAR SQUARE. THAT IS NOT A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD. HEAVEN HAS BEEN THERE SINCE 1979

Taking in the sights and sounds of community and family life with a stroll down Villiers Street, which has honked of piss since the Restoration.
Didn’t think this proposal could get worse and yet
Maybe there’s some sort of barmy argument around certain veg being seasonal and difficult to price-fix across the year, but then again they know they’ll never be implementing this policy so they should have just piled broccoli and carrots in there
Me, Barry Loaf, founder and CEO of a multinational bread empire: I don’t think we should send as much stock to the place where we’re legally obligated to operate at a loss.
More of this, please. Pour it on from now, make it obvious to the public, use it to justify tough decisions.
‘He couldn’t swing it with the Hungarians because they know he’s not respected by Americans’ I’m afraid it’s terminal Protagonist Syndrome, no known cure
Wasn’t this shift in migration toward non-EU origin put forward as a pro-Brexit argument by Leave during the campaign or am I losing my memory
I’m sure nobody will make anything of this afterwards.
Prepare for the emergence of some absolute woo over the next month.
As I was saying
Covering every base
The tone of domestic coverage around US foreign policy over the last year has swung between “here’s why we at home should care about this” to “President vexes Danes/Canadians with invasion threat, now sports”. At what point will that flip to “we’re sabotaging the world and that in of itself is bad.”
*If* Trump destroys key Iranian civilian infrastructure and prompts retaliatory strikes that essentially destroy multiple countries and spark an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, it’ll be galling to see supposedly sensible US media cover it from a “What this means for YOU at the fuel pumps” angle.
Start the countdown.
