Farmer Arrested for Speaking Too Long at Datacenter Town Hall Vows to Fight Darren Blanchard went a few seconds over his three minute time limit and found himself in handcuffs.

In February, a farmer went a few seconds over his time at a city council meeting when speaking out against a datacenter.

It's a $200 fine for trespassing, but he's vowed to fight it. We've also got the police report from the incident.

US capitalist democracy is fascism, and has been for a long time.

The obvious answer here is that the student protest movement was broadly smeared as anti-semitic and aligned with terrorists, and a variety of institutions from government, media and the universities acted as if that smear was true, threatening, suspending, expelling and even deporting students.

Most important, in an AI world, people's healthcare must not be dependent on their job.

Every doctor should be in network.

Medicare for All is needed for our time.

It is a moral and economic imperative.
