#DIScience24 #academyhealth one of the best sessions I could attend as a junior faculty member doing implementation science. IS requires flexibility, open communication, and DOCUMENTATION!
Strong endorse!! Loved the speakers’ candor about when #ImpSci trials go off the rails (which they do and they will) and how to get them back on track (and how to prevent that by piloting more than you think and having contingency plans and trial modification rules up front)
