I'm communicating with my landlord and they're getting rather tired of me by now, but they're not entirely inhumane. As long as I pay them soon, we're good.

Small update: I have paid November's rent, I'm late for December and January's approaching fast. My approach right now is to "only" be late by one month at a time, which still isn't good, but it keeps me indoors for the foreseeable future.
