Gives a good perspective on what Trump means by “WINNING!”

Sorry that those of us in San Francisco didn't make the cut. But this doesn't illustrate the truth of one of the signs we saw: "I have friends everywhere."
As I was leaving Whole Foods tonight, I passed a kiosk asking how my checkout experience was. I gladly taped the smiling face, but when the screen switched to the followup questions, I decided I’d said all I had to say.
What was especially aggravating is that the announcers were correctly speculating that he would try something tricky with the second FT. They should have been ready to show it.
I want more confirmation than what one staffer told a reporter for a publication that loves to bash Democrats and who know she'll get a lot of engagement by posting something that makes Dems look bad. But that's me.
There's one of those reaction videos, where young people listen to old songs for the first time, where they're listening to Lola and suddenly one of them gets it. Check her face at 4:42 when she realizes what's going on. youtu.be/U8DKi-6Ri6U

I think your view of voting is narrow and transactional. You talk about it like agreeing to go out on a date with the candidate, but I think there's an aspect of responsibility to one's fellow citizens. If you think that means it's not a democracy, so be it.
It is possible to argue “I don’t have any responsibility to make the right choice” and still make the right choice.
I didn't say anything about who you voted for.
Which has nothing to do with which party makes it easier to get something to eat.
"Championed" my ass. As you can read right there, that was a compromise bill after Clinton vetoed two harsher Republican bills. If people had voted for more Democrats in 1994, that compromise wouldn't have been necessary. www.nwcitizen.com/oldsite/usa/...
The Biden administration increased SNAP benefits, Republicans are trying to cut them. Tell me again how there's no difference as far as whether people have enough to eat.
You're working hard to absolve yourself of any responsibility. But really, how does saying "you didn't vote for the better candidate so you're partly responsible for the worse candidate being elected" confirm this isn't a democracy?
You should pay more attention.
Elections have a direct effect on whether you have enough food to eat. Republicans make it harder.
If you didn't vote for her, it's on you.
I dunno, I think it kind of demonstrates the problem. The author has his narrative and crams each example into it but without examining whether any of their grievances have merit. Is it possible Jean-Pierre has more valid complaints than Trump does? Apparently that question's not important
He used a sharpie and drew a wall off Florida.

Bear witness. Film what you see. Share the truth as power lies. Connect with the local food banks, faith & activist networks, & mutual-aid groups already standing with immigrant families.
