My desire for connection overrides everything. I often get it in my head that I'm not deserving of such things but its not true. Look at all you. It's been years and so many of us are still here. It's about time I do my best to return energy and help you all.

In the last few weeks I've strengthened friendships. Renewed friendships. Made new friends Felt like I really belong.

This may come as a surprise but I'm not as outgoing as I may seem. I actually fight against a very powerful invisible force of anxiety every single day.

The latter is actually way more important to me than the diapers ever could be but they work so well together as a whole that one without the other seems kind of silly. There's always been overlap. I am one person after all.

Adri/Sabaw is more connected to my abdl side whereas Kiki is tied more to the age regression, self care and healing side of myself. I've never quite felt right having it split but at the same time it feels weird to combine it.

Seems like I'm more susceptible to rash these days since I'm fairly active. Idk how to mitigate this new reality.

Star Charts are the right idea but incorrect execution. The more work it takes, the more likely it is to get abandoned. To track failures is demoralizing. So how do you focus on wins without dwelling on misses? Punishment should never be the result. You should win just for playing the game right?
