I said Donnie managed to lose the cold war. The point was that his Ukraine policy is such a fucking failure and betrayal of the things that America reportedly stands for that it's lost the cold war after it was won after the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Question on the Bulls: what would've happened in 26 if the Bulls keep the 25? Could this have been done with a view to ensure they get both the 25 and 26 picks (ie would the 26 have reverted to SAS unprotected if the 25 didn't convey?).
