Lol. My partner and I were just discussing how many times our beagle mix (who we sadly had to say goodbye to last week) probably conned one of us into giving him second dinner.

Saw them on Thursday in Tempe! A great feeling of positivity and togetherness, which I really needed.

It’s so good! Really hoping he does a physical COM release of this one.

I show Eraserhead every year in my mixed media class, so my students started a tradition of leaving little drawings of the baby all over the classroom. I find this delightful every time a school tour of potential new enrollments and their parents come through.

Despite purchasing too much media and an ever growing “to listen to” pile, for some reason any random dollar CD I find thrifting always jumps to the front of the line.

This CD set has been on my want list maybe longer than anything else, since roughy 1999 when James Tenney turned me on to Haba. Feels good to finally hear it again, specifically the piano music.

Just realized everything I’ve listened to today has “of” in the artists’ name and was made within a couple years of each other.

It’s meant to mimic a container of seasoning pouring onto the text underneath, and I suspect to balance out/call less attention to the lopsided bagel on the right.

It’s really good! I was planning on spreading out my listening but ended up playing it all day once it came in the mail.

Found this one digging thru a box of mostly trashed easy listening records yesterday. It’s a mixed bag but there’s a handful of nice synth heavy jams on here. #nowplaying

Pre-ordered David Keenan’s Volcanic Tongue book then decided to throw on the Last Visible Dog - Invisible Pyramid box. Still feels like a high water mark of the early 00s. @reversediorama.bsky.social

Not my kids, but my high school students telling me the jazz I play in class sounds like Olive Garden.
