It’s hard with 4 people around a table working on one puzzle. We probably finished 1/3 of it.

Saturday morning I made emergency sandwiches for my weekend away just in case I couldn’t find a #vegan meal and now I’m home and I ate them for Tuesday lunch! They were still good.

We went to Radium BC to a Mexican place for dinner. I’m just a passenger, I had no say and my friends don’t care if I starve.
Anyway, they had nothing #vegan so the best they could do was a kale bacon salad and fries, not even a taco. I paid for the bacon that was never added to the salad.

I’m in a small resort town in BC. We went to a cafe and it said ask for vegan options. I asked and the options were oat milk for coffee.
2nd place was closed because it’s Sunday.
Then we went to a food truck and I ordered a yam steak on a bun with avocado and chips. Mushy and messy!
