happy to announce i’ve secured a senior product role starting on the 16th haha

true it’s nothing to do with the economy. bad economy would simply mean fewer jobs, not insane hiring processes

hiring is broken…

40k GM job in a restaurant it would be two interviews in the same week, starting in 1 month, with only a resume

40k UI/UX role it would be 6 interviews over 2 months, starting within a couple of weeks, with a resume, portfolio, linkedin, and 4 friends who work at the company
