Any writers out there looking for an idea? I have one. Not for a children’s book. It has suspense, romance, violence and heartbreak.
These 4th graders told me they didn’t like poetry, this is 20 min later. They were reading poetry. They just hadn’t been exposed enough prior to make an educated decision. That’s what it’s all about.
1st graders built aliens with adaptations to live on different planets in our solar system. They researched, reasoned, designed, and problem solved. Bonus is they were totally engaged!
I’m presenting at ISTE!!! I am honored and so exited! Let me know if I’ll see you there! #istelive #istelive25

Everyone should have one!
4th grade detectives have to find the suspects to break out of my custom escape room. Suspects are 3 explorers, answers are in library databases.
Does your library have an emotional support dragon?
What’s a fun way to learn about planets? Built an alien that can live there! But first, we need to know about the planet to build life that can survive. These first graders have it covered! Stayed tuned to see our final product👽
What do we do when we have students from all over the world? We celebrate them! These kiddos are proud to share their travel guides from the country of their own heritage.
Please share the info for applications! I would love to participate!
More kindergarten pics. I’m just blown away with what they are able to do.
Not currently researching but I’m an Ed.D doctoral student and interested in getting involved if there’s an opportunity!
Yes, kindergarten can do research. They are ready for PebbleGo at 5 years old. Don’t doubt them. @pebblego.bsky.social
Will work for a ticket to #ISTE25. If anyone has an opportunity for me to acquire a ticket, please let me know!
2nd graders were busy working together using multiple sources to research U.S. Symbols. We are excited to have them write a script for their green screen videos where they showcase their expertise. @pebblego.bsky.social
Give kids the time to be curious. Give them resources to explore and create and you will be amazed at what they bring to the table.
Taking the plunge here and planning to showcase some of the amazing things a school library has to offer!
