This self-avoiding fractal curve defines a boundary between two interlocking domains. The fractal dimension is < 2 and the generator was found using a custom genetic algorithm. #fractals #art #math #design
This is made with the bubble-tree algorithm - a technique for generating space-filling trees. I like to push the glitch for a little wabi sabi.

Quasi indeed! Using a sort of blurred masking in GIMP. A cheap parlor trick but kinda fun.
Beautiful. I see similarities!
Hmm. On my MacBook, I can type "divisorplot.com" into either Firefox, Safari, or Chrome, and I am able to see the web site. Also, from any of those browsers, I can enter "divisor plot" and my search engine (DuckDuckGo) gives a link. Same with Google. Are you clicking-in from BlkueSky?
Also, their digits are oddly similar to those of the square root of 2 and its inverse.
The divisor pairs of 1000405. divisorplot.com A mystery: why do the divisors 707 and 1415 appear at the vertices of parabolas whose upper and lower arms do not match up vertically in terms of their constituent divisors? #math #numbertheory #number #patterns #prime
This pattern is not random. Maybe it could be described as chaotic. It's a plot of the divisors (vertical axis) of numbers along the number line (horizontal axis), as described in divisorplot.com

One of my images was made into a light box.
