And the worst part is: These idiots will take over the care of language and incorporate these errors into acceptable use. It makes me sad how gleefully ineptitude is embraced. It’s a mere symptom of a much bigger mediocrity of our society’s standards; I’m aware of this, and feel impotent rage.

R.I.P. English language. An entire generation says “verse” instead of “versus”. “All the sudden” instead of “all of a sudden”. “Upmost” instead of “utmost”. “On accident” instead of “by accident”. With the “to, too, two” errors and “there, they’re, their” - it’s SO over, English. I’ll miss you.

Kinda neat accomplishment I found on my walking app - it didn’t log every step, just the intentional walks I took - over 100 miles. That’s pretty good for a gal like me.
