It is steam lmao!
I just made it open an emulator (mesen) and automatically open the rom.
I added it to steam using the "add a non-steam game" then I added the icon, logos banner and other stuff.
Then In properties I changed the target to include the rom right after it opens the emulator.

I still need to unlock him depends when I have the time.

it also had some pretty cool modes like flash, marathon and score attack!
wish they brought them back for a later game
