the passenger next to me mentioned he DID see ICE in the dulles baggage claim area though, but i wasn’t there

IAD (dulles) customs is not bad, i am a POC and US citizen who wasn’t born here. the customs officer asked me if i had anything to declare and sent me on my way. same with TSA, i made a one hour connection

did NOT see ICE in the airport (C and D terminals today). 1700-1800 local

update: booked through dulles with a 1 hour layover to get to LAX and, uh, yeah fat chance

ok so the customs line in frankfurt is BAD. i waited two hours, my entire connection, and missed my flight.

so. now what? i’m stranded in a foreign country with no EU charging plug (it’s in the checked bag) in the lufthansa rebooking line.

do i really gotta go back. dutch people are very nice. have not had a single bad interaction with anyone
