In the morning, the covers are removed & washed, the floors cleaned of any guano.
This practice has been in place since the mid-19th century.

I used to feel the same. Writing down things truly helped me, don't give up! And it takes time to get to a point where you Remember everything you've done in a day. At the beginning might be 1%, but the more you do it the better you get! 😁
