Spent the last few days learning how to knit. Theres a ton of mistake and I still habe a LOT to learn but it was fun!

This workout time is not correct as I didn't remember HEVY until I was finished my treadmill session oops 😅 add 30 minutes for treadmill!

It ain't much. But after injuring my back in July, I think I'm finally at a place where I can work out again. It was rough Im happy to be able to do it again!
