Does you have any opinion on the fiduciary responsibility allegations that Sheel is making? She is saying they haven’t even funded the trust and she’s received no disbursements. Should be easy to prove that legally right?

Does Sheel as beneficiary matter here? Genarro is saying the trustee’s top priority must be the value of the trust/investment?

So he has no obligations to Sheel even though she’s the beneficiary of the trust? Or his only obligations to Sheel is financial?
