You cannot conceive how difficult this photo was to take. The camera couldn’t believe I didn’t want to focus on the trees, or failing that, the dirt on the window.
I guess it’s a display but I do like the idea of a store that sells only huge mechanical heads.
Whilst out walking, I came upon a startling sight : my friends were out on their front porch casually hand-feeding a horde of gang-gangs. Although these are the state bird, I don’t see them often, and here was a mass of them!
One of those pieces you would love to have for your very own, but must grimly admit it just wouldn’t fit in your house. Plus, it belongs to the National Gallery.

Evidently, this has been a problem, and the owners have every right to take steps to address the issue, but it was still a very large and confronting sign to be confronted with when you rush in, really needing to use the facilities.
I sense this was drafted based on bitter experience.
So nice to see that there’s still some old monorail stations hidden around Sydney, even if the monorail itself is long gone.
