your art has much passion intertwined in it... like i see it and think this is a person who loves creating art. has for a long time... and will never stop no matter what.

it drives me to keep going as well.

Speaking cause I've been in this state many times before and it can be difficult to discern exactly why. But once you're able to, it makes things a whole lot easier.

At night it can help to kinda "rewind the day" in your head, paying attention to the different experiences you had, the feelings attached, and their effects on your body when you feel them (so you can better spot them later). Sorta like literally unwinding your mind after a weird day. 😴
