A humanoid mech from the Lancer tabletop roleplaying game called a Viceroy. It has been burdened with an excessive quantity of equipment. These include: A gigantic pair of back mounted missile launchers; on either side of them are a pair of jump boosting rocket engines; mounted on either side of these still are a pair of 3 shot loitering missile launchers. Finally the mech holds a large shotgun style experimental missile system in its hands and has a further small missile launcher mounted on each forearm.
Been playing lancer lately and decided to draw (with a ton of tracing the official art) my current mech, a Viceroy called 'Bad Decisions' there are none like it because no one else is stupid enough to try and mount Pinakas on the Viceroy.

Texture Brushes for like making grass n stuff, and a bunch other thing, its very limited unfortunately, but Has amazing drawing potential with mouse ;w;
So ima have to get good at doing well..coloring by hand and Backgrounds by hand...I am horrible at backgrounds...

It was a headache finding the proper art program for it, as much as i like Krita, Krita feels horrible with mouse. Paint Tool Sai is fine, Fire alpaca is second best one i used and best one am using so far is Realistic Paint studio, problem with the last one is....it has no Color fill ins
