Fond memories of the first enemies in Sunless Skies being a gray box with googly eyes and "enemy" written on it.

I did sound effects for my own game and a few of the sounds are just me making sounds with my mouth (Then filtered beyond recognition)

this is basically half-life 1 if it was three hours long and everyone was scottish and pissed off

The audio equivalent of this is using cheap TTS for placeholder VO. First game I worked on the audio system would TTS missing sound files from a script. But it would do this for ALL files so you'd hear this flat robot voice going "Cheering", "Explosion" or "Sound of applause"

Well I feel it and I like the sound. So I guess I better say somethin' say somethin'. Amazing album. Still in my regular got to lock in and focus at work rotation.

Had some good runs where I focused on souls or ethereal cards. But yeah I feel bad that I keep going back to my old faves of Silent and Defect but they feel a bit more balanced then the newbies so far. Sure that'll change in early access.

In terms of artstyle or gameplay? I'm into both but feel a little like I'm in the minority! Been playing a lot of Nightreign and the gameplay looking like NR Horizon has got me interested and I think the art style works better with some of those OTT moves

Just noticed that Remnant 2 (complete with all the DLC, which integrates seamlessly) is at its lowest price yet. £10/$14. Also the first game going for half that.

Hugely replayable Souls-ish shooters, even better in co-op. Also secretly the closest we've had to a Dark Tower game series.
