Anthropic’s most dangerous AI model just fell into the wrong hands So much for being private.

I'm getting reminded of the plot point in the rebooted Battlestar Galactica that even networked computers were banned. www.theverge.com/ai-artificia...

If you really don't want to understand a game, try rugby or cricket some time. :-)

After a few months of our regular evening game of Mario Kart being Mario Kart 8 (150cc, six races, random tracks), we switched for a night to Mario Kart World and then straight back to 8. For all the wild inventiveness of its tracks and landscape, it's just not as good a racing game. #MarioKart

Northern Ireland Census: "One hundred years ago, 189 people stated that they had no religion. In the last census, just over 330,000 ticked that box." Progress!

Watching the #DragRace finale last night (deserved winner), and one thing I really hope for the future is that we won't be happily surprised to see both the winning queen's parents supporting them at the show any more. They're your children, love them whatever and whoever they turn out to be.

Non-standard marshalling post today. What it lacks in traffic management it makes up for in scenery. #parkrun

Thought @thenewsagents.co.uk on the arrival of TMZ into US politics was fascinating. Not a fan of the site myself, but a less collegiate and more combative school of US political journalism looks to be one of the (many, many) things the US needs at the moment.

The Pitt truly is fine television, but being of the squeamish population there's probably a good 40% of it I've never watched. My eyes tend to slide off the screen after every edit and stay there if daughter days 'Dad, look away..."

Today, as we celebrate the defeat of Viktor Orbán in the Hungarian election, let’s pay tribute to Seb Vettel, who famously wore this #SameLove T-shirt during the 2021 #F1 #HungarianGP weekend, to protest the anti-#LGBTQ+ laws introduced by Orbán’s government at that time. 🌈

Based on the success of Trump and Vance's support for Viktor Orbán, really looking forward to them putting their weight behind Nigel Farage in the future.

Every time I think he's lost it and couldn't lose it more, the Orange Shitgibbon stuns me with a whole new level of insanity. I mean, what the actual?

Quick verdict: Perhaps more Escape the Dark (it builds on those mechanics) than The Last of Us. Gameplay can be a bit repetitive and dice/chance heavy, but if you amp up the narrative between players can be decently atmospheric. Winning looks challenging.

Not seen a bike race as good as this year's Paris-Roubaix for some years. Incredible race.

The 10 weirdest quirks of F1's 2026 cars We expected the 2026 rules to give F1 cars some weird quirks - but not this many

Knew that things in #F1 were slightly fucked up, but reading this list Ilm impressed at just what a porridge the new rules have made of everything. www.the-race.com/formula-1/th...

And now time to rewatch last night's rugby in a far less stressful context, safe in the knowledge that a) we win in the end and b) Pollock also gets sent off at the end :-) And awesomely well played Ulster too. Two teams, two wins. Great night of rugby. #BathRugby #UlsterRugby
