Yes. My problem with X is, believe it or not, the content there is still valuable for my job (tech PR) and I rarely see the horrific things there people run from. The social graph also bothers me, as I have over 10k followers accross my accounts.

Just wondering about obvious scams - I’ve reported hundreds of posts and ads since 2007, and those reports have never led to removal of the content, as per the report response.
This part can’t possible get worse, can it? I’m personally happy they’ll try another approach.
Folks are mostly missing the forest for the trees re: the recent Meta announcement. Specifically, the focus on the move from fact checking to community notes. There two different changes that are a much bigger deal that have received less focus. 🧵 1/11

X is still really really good information and news source for me, also used by the officials and politicians in Finland - posts quoted in the mainstream media.
Maybe Bluesky just isn’t for me? 🤷♂️

Ok I’m going to give Threads a change, don’t really have bandwidth to use Bluesky. I’m guessing this is going to be one of those 100+ social media apps that became popular, but will never reach critical mass.
