My point is that median income in Canada is higher than in the US. Average income is higher in the US only because of the significant inequality there with a small group holding most of the wealth.

Even when they are notified that unlawful material has been posted they are not required to take it down. They also have the nerve to argue that requiring them to include certain voices or perspectives interferes with their free speech/free press rights to determine the content on their platforms.

In this talk, Prof. Moon will consider two themes that have recurred in his writing: first, that constitutional rights do not simply protect individual autonomy but instead protect different aspects of human flourishing or dignity in the community, and second, that courts, as adjudicative bodies, are unable to give full or even significant protection to these rights.
