I have been reading and talking about Jack Parsons in one way or another for the past four days now, and often the subject has come my way rather than I coming to it. This fourth time is now through a Youtube channel I thought may have been defunct. Fun synchronicity...

And around the Chicagoland area there is a community of witches I've come across and they're very lovely people! It's a topic I've always been fascinated with, and I guess at some point I wanna start walking the walk and do more than just read about it.
Honestly a large part of it is connecting with nature which I guess I feel the call of it pulling me in as we become more isolated from our addiction to technology. I'm not a luddite, but with the state of the world today, I feel a need to reel into nature, and this is a neat way to do it IMO.
I'm practicing witchcraft. Not necessarily Wicca, but for now I think traditional witchcraft is a path I want to take up.
