Ours was at a naturist club swim in Aberdeen around 30 years ago now. We were so nervous but 5 mins in and we were loving it.

I think it helps with my mental health as I feel stress fall away when I’m nude, more so in nude company. I feel restricted wearing clothes and the relief when they come off is palpable. It’s does make me feel better why though. Also get naked just because I can lol
