I totally agree- And you deserve to have fun just as much as everyone else!!! I hope that- in your own time- you can find the confidence and peace needed in order to feel okay enough to enjoy being more vocal about it. But don’t force it either!!

So funny enough I’ve only just now started getting over the shame of it but as I have; I’ve come to realize that for me personally it was rooted in shame around the idea of having a kink in general instead of the shame being specifically about tickling. But if it helps, know that you aren’t alone!
