The thing about this place is that it’s a ghost town with bits and pieces of activity spikes. So, if you REALLY wanna be a pioneer about the thing you like and push your agendas, you are REALLy gonna have to post about it a LOT and hope that the two stragglers watching also engage.

The thing that gets me about this is that even if we wanted to make a positive AI ad, they never showcase AI being used to enhance someone’s day or improve their workflow. There’s no “it allows me to more easily do what I love.” It’s always presented as a failsafe for the dispassionate and incurious

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.
