I have now seen Cats (2019) twice
Do everything you can to live and thrive and survive until then. Gather strength and build community. Rely on each other, not on cis society, to protect you. Get really, really fucking angry and hold out hope for the far future.
It will be at least a generation before we can even begin to revert the loss of rights. I believe that we sadly need to accept and adjust to that.
This is probably neither popular nor productive but I wish the government would just get it overwith and bring in the trans ban. I hate the limbo and uncertainty, and it's clear where it's going anyway, so just get to it. Then, we can at least protest and be proactive in the face of the new reality.
