A man in a light sweatshirt appears to have been threatening himself with a knife. Police and emergency responders were trying to talk him down from about 11:30 Lifeboat and now police boat patrolling in case he jumps.

A man with a knife seemed to be threatening himself up on the lifeboat deck.

He was on the Naimo ferry that arrived at Horseshoe bay.

All ferries blocked while this incident continues
