If it covered vaping as well to the same degree I’d be all for it but as I say, I have concerns about its practical application. There will always be differences in laws across countries. I’m okay with it, but I do think in practice it’s going to be very difficult to tell the difference between someone born in 2008 from 2009 and that burden will be on shops - for the next 80 years (assuming tobacco demand is sustained that long, which I assume is the whole point).
