Basically the sell is that he's going to be able to fundraise and generate revenue at an unbelievable level because of his relationships. I think there's some validity to that, but also tons and tons of other questions.
Needless to say, a risk.

Regrettably this is an Evan Hebert special (don’t think he’s on this app)
George Strait tequila truck you say? 🤔 @hollyanderson.bsky.social @edsbs.bsky.social
John Mateer's miraculous recovery at the hands of Dr. Steven Shin will go down in the Oklahoma history books. Only 17 days after hand surgery, he was back.
But is a miracle of modern medicine enough to save the Oklahoma offense? It's complicated.

Pretty common too for artists to be older than their fans since they’re grown while their fans are teenagers. Bad Bunny is a millennial, for example. Adam Levine is Gen X, etc
Remember, Millennials go all the way back to 1980. Eminem is definitely a defining artist for older millennials. Blige and Snoop were at the peak of their powers in the late 90s, when tons of millennials were between 12-18
Dr. Dre himself is Gen X, but most of the LA show was Millennial
I can assure you, a guy named Mohammed did not pass a ban on making hot chocolate. Literally go outside.
Also amusingly, as the halftime shows move away from us, the commercials are moving towards us. They know we’re the target demographic spenders now lol
Actually so wild that this guy talks about nostalgia for something that he could literally go do right now, and then decides it’s no longer possible because there are people named “Mohammed.”
Like, do y’all hear yourselves?

It’s amazing the amount of political discourse that’s literally driven by “I miss being a kid and I’m gonna make it your problem”
Ehh we got most of the ones since 2010 tbf. But yeah, the boomers got an insane run
Yeah, but it’s basically the people you’d expect. And a lot of people saying “I don’t even know who that is” because they don’t realize they’re old now
Is this how daddy issues start? 😭
best thing you’ll see today. cbs sports cfb guru @shehanjeyarajah.com was on tv and his daughter recognized him. 😭😭
absolutely losing it at the wisconsin 247 site owner having a total crash out
Thanks Luke!
Freshman QB Drew Mestemaker is shredding Army right now for North Texas.
His story is unreal. Shehan’s story is worth your time.
North Texas QB Drew Mestemaker’s last starting job came as a high school freshman. On the B Team.
Now, the freshman is PFF’s No. 2 passer. Inside one of the craziest stories of the year.

Does Alabama have a Ryan Williams problem?
“I almost feel like one of the worst things to happen to ‘Bama is that Ryan Williams catch against Georgia… it gave false hope this team was a little closer than it is.” #RTR

I don't feel so guilty bragging, because I'm not talking about myself, but the intel/insight the guys -- @shehanjeyarajah.com, @mzenitz.bsky.social, Richard Johnson, Chris Hummer, @johntalty.bsky.social
— bring is rare in the #CFB podcast space. I learn so much every time. Give it a try.
Agree with @rodger.bsky.social that you can't possibly overstate this or be too dramatic about it. The best coach in football history took over an ACC team with his Gen Z girlfriend and immediately took one of the worst losses in school history. The sky is legitimately falling

You probably think Bill Belichick's first game as a college football coach was bad. I'm hear to tell you it's even worse than you think.
Here are 9 stats to contextualize a historic disasterclass in Chapel Hill.

Thank goodness TCU didn't know North Carolina's depth chart or they might have given them trouble
😂 man you’re right
That’s the thing. I think we leave the fan behind on so many occasions. The super dialed in folks will know, but most won’t
It drives me absolutely insane when coaches are like “you guys don’t understand what happens in this building.”
TELL US! We’re literally begging!
