It’s an earnest retelling of the film in black metal form. Track 1 and 2 are about Joe and Kathleen and I worked hard to capture their essences. Track 3 is about how their exes Frank and Patricia are the actual stars of the film.

Printed some home made J Cards for the upcoming album.
The hard part about mastering is that it brings clarity to the mix and you realize that you suck at every instrument and it’s sloppy as fuck but then conversely it unifies everything and you realize that it’s cohesive and garage recording is a vibe and the riffs are there and it fucking rips 🤘
Mastering currently, which is difficult but it’s sounding so much better thank I could have hoped! I wanna make Tom and Meg proud.

This is true in vfx too. Roto is the classic example of grunt work that "nobody likes to do", and it's increasingly automated and outsourced. But doing hundreds of hours of roto by hand directly informed my understanding of optics and photography.
