Yeah I dont get anything unless it has full local control that works with Home Assistant and even then almost everything should have ways for it to work from switches etc.. not just app.

While the battery recall was annoying it really made for some great deals. Did you get a NACS adapter? We are driving it to Vegas so got one so we can use the Tesla charger stations too. I think the 2020s need a software update to work but not sure.

Big shout to @markmorow.com for all the outreach. Started our SSOe journey during a live Twitter space a few years ago and just got to our goal of over 95% passkey/platformSSO and compliant with CA policies enforcing by end of the year.

Yeah MFA I think is a bigger jump than MFA to passkey. Passkey has a worse guided setup but better use in practice that our employees love because they don’t have to remember a password anymore and respond to MFA prompts.

I looked into this years ago but never pulled the trigger. Such a waste of perfectly good displays when the computer doesn’t work or is no longer supported.

Jamf for macOS and Intune for Windows with mobile devices managed using BYOD MAM policies in Intune.

Yeah we’ve had minimal issues with our org of ~400 we just moved to fully passkey across Windows/macOS/BYOD mobile. We sent out info and then had lots of high touch sessions as well. Our biggest issue is phone replacement, the workflow without TAP is hard for people to follow. Still worth it.

Yeah I use Home Assistant as well and the just use things across all the protocols depending on what fits best.
