As for AI users trying to play off as victim, it feels like nearly every AI 'artist' I've confronted so far do that.

The only people that used AI that don't are those that accidentally purchased an AI generated stock image (since that resource has, unfortunately, been flooded to hell & back).

I can confirm Midnight Order & Engine Room have strict AI rules. Staff do thorough investigations on reports before asking the creator to change or remove the item entirely, else they forfeit their booth.

Yeah, usually for copyright violations. I think they have a stance against AI as well since a certain slop store is no longer participating there as far as I've seen lately. They aren't experts though, so a thorough report will help them.

A few of my friends' artwork that I saw drawn back in 2015 got labeled as AI on pinterest, and I think part of this is becasue those images got trained and recreated by AI a hundred times over, and as a result it just gets tagged AI.

False positives are incredibly harmful to real artists :/

AI's getting more and more normalised. At this point we shoudl push hard on supporting events that have no AI rules so we can report anything that seems to go through and something can actually be done about it.

That aside, the chains used a new workflow as well, giving them a more 3D look.

We've been experimenting a lot with fur a lot lately, but I think this one might be our best one yet. 18 colour furs, 9 colour rondels and 9 colour chains. Start looking like an esteemed knight today!

Oh, apologies-to clarify, that particular leathery ersion with th the insignia is a personal version I made for myself when he gave me the files. You can still get the item (though not this particular texture) it's called the 'weird science coat'.
