Part 4 - Financials: Of the 13,246 installs out there, only 24 support the project as members (.2% of our user base).

Our focus for '26; grow the # of CiviCRM members & increase end user participation in the support of the project.
Part 3 - Financials: In general, CiviCRM's financials actually look quite good, with growth across a number of areas. However, there is one gap in our approach that we're working to close: community support needs to grow dramatically, specifically direct support from end user organizations.
Part 2 - Financials: The primary implication of operating at a loss is that it shifts Core Team priorities from continuously improving the product to focusing exclusively on sustaining the project. This means scaling down capacity and development efforts, risking overall product stagnation.
