On this #WorldCancerDay, themed #unitedbyunique we are asking a hard but necessary question: why do people with pre-existing severe mental disorders (SMD) still face a #30-year mortality gap after a cancer diagnosis? This gap is not inevitable. It’s systemic, and it’s fixable.
