Colorado Supreme Court already ruled by a jury that Trump was an Insurrectionist. US Supreme Court chose not to rule against that in Trump v Anderson (2024). Colorado's law is the highest ruling in the land.

14.3 is non-justiciable, only Congress can rule on it according the 14.5. It doesn't even require a majority. When 14th amendment section 3 is put into motion, person of interest is considered an insurrectionist, and need 2/3 of both houses to vote no not an insurrectionist for office eligibility.

Trump is one of the least honest Americans in the USA. If he didn't win, he was going to prison. Trump has more motive than any Presidential candidate in US history to tamper with an election.

We voted Senators/Reps into office to enforce the law. Trump is an adjudicating insurrectionist and is disqualified from holding office by 14th Amendment, Section 3 of the US Constitution.
