Keep in mind even though they didn't really do episode art, many of the crew contributed in the two Gallery Nucleus art events.

I can't remember who did all the season 1 poster art but I believe they were one of the many others who didn't stay after season 1. By season 2-4 many new people joined and they all just did it when they had the time and usually it was by the people who storyboard that episode .

It's not confirmed it based off Bobby but Marco and Star were planned as rivals who later like each other? The Sailor Moon fan girl and the DragonBall z fan boy.
I would love to ask questions to Daron more about svtfoe but I don't like to bother . Also some stuff I do know I have to keep secret

Also I think what Daron is saying is she loves the reactions to story . Besides writing is made WAY before fans can guess anything. They could be in early season 3 in writing and fans barely got season 2

If anything only thing they would do is add small stuff that fans would love but story wise, that's on them. They didn't force Starco because of fans like people keep saying
