I have to imagine there’s a people skills issue, as well, especially during interviews. I’ve had multiple men call me “babe” while interviewing them. It really doesn’t matter how skilled someone is at that point.
Because many of the men’s mid card belts get over looked due to interesting storylines that don’t involve a title. Meanwhile, women’s matches only get booked if there’s a title involved (especially on PPVs). This eliminates a useless men’s belt while ensuring we get more women’s matches.
