I wish I’d seen it at the time, it must have been incredible. You can feel its influence on lots of stuff once you’ve watched it, I’m sure it has an influence on Hot Fuzz.

I watched Children of the Stones last night, I was only 4 when it came out so I never saw it on release but obviously heard tell of it for many years, finally binged it. Absolutely incredible, it was way better than I was expecting. The music will haunt me for the rest of my life.

No UK only, you might be able too with a VPN though. This might be on You Tube too though, worth a look.

I enjoyed these two episodes so much, one of my all time favourite films and my favourite podcast getting together, perfection

Lost Hearts probably, it’s terrifying, I watched it as an adult I’d have had a heart attached seeing as a kid!

Just got back from 28 Years later, absolutely brilliant! That causeway scene was breathtaking, it’s so beautifully shot. Terrifying in parts and heart breaking in others. And that ending was insane. Loved it!

One of the best British sci-fi shows of the 70s is coming back to TV. Doomwatch, about a government task force that deals with rogue science, will be airing on Talking Pictures TV, Fridays at 9pm from the 17th January.

I tried for ages to get a comic reboot of this off the ground, to no avail.

I’ve started a Starter Pack of UK lefty leftish Threaders.

Please let me know if you want in. It’s by no means complete as I have the memory of a goldfish for usernames.

The husband in Baby is exactly the same, and the wife is a hopeless wet blanket. I think he just wrote men & women like that.

I keep seeing men online saying it’s important to the story, but come on you can create an atmosphere without her being hysterical, not able to drive or having an affair with her boss. All women know what working in a toxic male atmosphere is like and we don’t have hysterical breakdowns.

Fenris is my favourite character in Dragon Age so from the bottom of my heart I think you did an amazing job.

In Breton folklore, the Washerwomen of the Night go to the water’s edge at midnight to wash the shrouds of those about to die. These washerwomen are said to be dressed in green and have webbed feet.

Not seen it since watching it in video when he came out, I remember loving seeing him get the kid to make flying ointment.

Your review is the only one I’m interested in tbh, I listened just to point of you saying you loved it and couldn’t sleep and that’s all I need to know.
