Missouri Arts Council refused to allow Bread & Roses MO to apply for funds as it has done for past 10 yrs. At the behest of MO Lt. Governor & agency’s exec director, it’s suddenly not eligible. We are all vulnerable in these times in which the capricious powers-that-be feel particularly empowered.
