Basically, having a paused node behind a PONR is no longer automatically permanent. You can advance any paused node that is beyond a PONR except when it is the end point, from my understanding. It also no longer prevents you from choosing branches in a dynamic path, as a result.

Voresky having the ability to make proper faux-perma with a PONR by just having the node be the endpoint... Changes a lot... Huff. Though I think there's not a lot of people updating their paths or working on paths anymore, sadly. At least that I can see
